In our society choices varies for each people. But the thing which is common for everyone is the Chocolates. It can also be a good gift to surprise anyone. From the age of 8 to 80, you won’t see anyone who hates chocolates.

Science has proved that the brain feels pleasure by the regular contamination of it. It would be hard to believe for you that many diseases are cured by chocolates. There is a particular group of chocolates that is called the “health chocolates”. Though the taste of Dark Chocolate isn’t appreciated by everyone it has great benefits.

There are many brands of chocolates available in the Indian market. But before buying it, you need to make sure, it is not contained of high sugar quantity. Also don’t choose those chocolate bars which have some added Flavor, processed with alkali at a higher temperature. The people who have an allergy can also consume the dark chocos if there is no soya and gluten added in it.

Whereas, a good and healthy chocolate bar is consists of the perfect balance of sweetness and bitterness is maintained by containing different percentages of cocoa beans. Some high-quality Chocolates will get melted in the mouth because of its smoothness.

However, some manufacturer adds Palm sugars, creamy milk, Cocoa butter, Cocoa solids, Sugar and other ingredients to give a different kind of sweetness in it. Also, to bring a heavenly taste to it, they add up to 99% of the cocoa beans which is rarest of richness.

What are the other types of Chocolates?

Raw Chocolate: It’s a raw form of chocolate that gets consumed directly without any processing and preservatives. In a few countries, only raw chocolates are available.

Milk Chocolate: Contains a different form of milk such as powder, liquid or condensed with a less percentage of cocoa.

White Chocolate: It’s available in pale ivory color and consists of milk, cocoa butter, and sugar. It won’t melt at room temperature because of adding the cocoa butter for remaining the same as the general temperature. 

Compound Chocolate: It is the combination of cocoa & some good vegetable fats such as hydrogenated & tropical fats.

To sum up, the Dark Chocolates has many anti-oxidant features. It is considered best for health. So look for the best chocolate for you considering your favorites flavor, sweetness & mood.
