Lets Enjoy Some Quick But Delicious Maggi Recipes

If you are someone who’s grown up in India, then there should have been a time of day when you have had Maggi as a snack! There are so many children and adults who love Maggi to the core. Even after having it for years and decades, it still makes your mouth water and you crave it. The fact is; no one in India considers themselves too old to enjoy a packet of Maggi, anytime anywhere.

Again, if you have had Maggi from your childhood, you have for sure experiment it in several ways. Everyone has their very own favorite Maggi recipe in India. From food bloggers to school going teenagers, everyone can prepare a packet of Maggie and enjoy it to the fullest. A packet of Maggi is joy and brings back tons of memories for so many of us. 

From egg maggi to cheese maggi or the simple masala Maggi, it’s quite tempting yet simple. In short, Maggi is one of a kind. It might not be the tastiest thing on the platter, but definitely that piece of cake that you cannot resist before you.

Now let us get to know about how to prepare some quick yet easy masala veggie Maggi without having to apply much effort. If you want to get the taste of those cheap street cheesy noodles, then try this one out. You can add some extra veggies and soy sauce too, but that’s what the fun is right? Enjoying and experimenting with Maggi, because we all know, we will end up eating it all. 

This Maggi will not take more than ten minutes to get prepared. 

List of ingredients 

  • One packet of Maggi noodles
  • Two garlic cloves finely chopped
  • One teaspoon of oil
  • One teaspoon of soy sauce
  • Half of the ginger, ensure you get it julienned
  • One tablespoon of the white part of spring onions
  • Some carrots chopped and capsicum sliced. 
  • One teaspoon of Tomato Ketchup

Now let’s get to cooking

Prepare Maggi as per the instructions are given on its packet. Make sure you don’t add the tastemaker. Now drain it and keep it aside

Take a pan and heat oil. Add ginger and garlic and sauté it. Then add the vegetables and spring onions and stir fry it for about a minute. After this add the soy sauce and the tomato ketchup. 

Next, all you need to do is add the Maggi and toss and cook all of the ingredients together. Make sure you serve it quickly.

That’s about it! Simple Maggie recipe, but with a hint of twist in it!
