Making Tomato and Red Pepper Soup

INGREDIENTS

1 chicken stock

1 tablespoon chopped fresh tulsi- to garnish

Extra virgin essential essential olive oil-to garnish

600g ripe tomato vegetables- quartered

400g tin chopped tomato vegetables

2 tablespoon essential essential olive oil

1 onion- chopped

2 large red peppers, seeds removed and roughly chopped

2 cloves garlic clove clove- chopped

METHOD

  1. Heat the fundamental essential olive oil in the large saucepan.
  1. Saute the onion, peppers and garlic clove clove for approximately a couple of minutes.
  1. Then add fresh tomato vegetables and get ready for yet another 3 minutes.

4 Then add tinned tomato vegetables, the stock and a cupful of water. Supply the boil, decrease the heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
