- FIRST COURSE
- Spinach & Frisee Salad with Ontario Asparagus, Boiled Egg & Shallot Sherry Vinaigrette
In the first course, we first begun with exciting salad and most of the guest enjoyed it. As the spring started, there was nothing better than presenting the spinach & frisee salad with Ontario asparagus brims freshness. Ontario asparagus was gotten from local farms so it was quite fresh that to incorporate in the salad and offers guests the authentic spring vibe. The taste of salad is crunchy and tangy with a slightly bitter taste. To make it a real and complete classic French country dish, we added freshly boiled egg and presented it with some tangy vinaigrette.
- SECOND COURSE
- Basil Marinated Steamed Salmon Fillet with Citrus Yogurt Sauce
In a second course, we served scrumptious steamed salmon fillet with citrus yogurt sauce. Most people like to have such a dish in a dinner party especially if the party is organized during spring.
- New Potato Salad with Lemon Thyme Dressing
At this blossom get-together, most of the guests are gardeners who love to grow plants and like to have fresh and natural ingredients in their meal. So, this tasty potato salad with lemon thyme dressing allured most of the foodies on such an event.

- Grilled Vegetable Tower with Portobello Mushroom, Tofu & Goat Cheese
Another vegetarian dish, that was on top choice for most of the guests in the blossom party. The heavy combination of creamy goat cheese and Portobello mushrooms let the guests enjoyed it a lot.
